Easy steps for your successful Keepsake Program with Art to Remember:

1. Schedule your art project with an Art to Remember Program Coordinator by calling (800) 895-8777. After scheduling, you’ll receive a Coordinator’s Manual providing easy, step-by-step instructions for conducting a successful program. Plan ahead – complete art and ship early in the semester to assure your order will be completed for holidays or other special occasions.

2. Create artwork in class following the guidelines provided by Art to Remember:

• Use 8” x 10 1/2” drawing paper provided by Art to Remember
• Use bright, bold, contrasting colors
• Use subjects of interest to family and friends.

3. Send original art and class lists to Art to Remember. Within approximately two weeks, the school will receive parent packets containing a parent letter, order form, color product brochure, preview magnet, and the child’s original artwork. (As a unique boost to your fundraising efforts, we provide a preview magnet created from each child’s artwork to help parents visualize how the art will look on the keepsakes.

4. Family and friends select gifts and keepsakes. Allow one week to process.

• Preview magnets may be purchased by families or returned to Art to Remember by coordinator.
• Preview magnets are not free.
• Families may purchase additional gifts and keepsakes from the product brochure featuring their student’s artwork.

5. Ship orders to Art to Remember.

• Your Program Coordinator will submit orders with original artwork to Art to Remember. Magnets that have not been purchased may be sent in at the end of the program.
• Finished products will be shipped within 15 business days of receiving orders. Orders received in November and December may take up to three weeks due to heavy volume of orders.

To begin your Art to Remember program, call our toll-free number and a Program Coordinator will help you develop a schedule that works for your school. They’ll also send you everything you need to get started. Total program time is approximately 5-6 weeks.

NOTE: We can also do the Keepsakes Program without sending out a preview magnet. The No-Magnet version of the program will shorten the overall program time by approximately two weeks. Call us for more information.
